a typical "lemonade" stand...

 ...but sadly, no one came...

so they had a new idea....

 earned $2.50 each for college... not bad for a days work...

this is what crazy looks like...

so this is what Cora looks like after learning that she had bronchitis and a bit of pneumonia and having her very first breathing treatment..

i had no idea that albuteral makes kids go insane cause she was a total nut case!

she talked to every stranger and told them crazy things or gave them compliments on their "beads" at least 17 times! the pharmacy at Walmart was super sweet when i asked them if "crazy"  was a side effect.

it is... in case you were wondering!

we had about a week of "crazy" and then it was over...

shes back to being her just plain "nutty self"

a pretty nutty spirit week...

Day 2:

"Farmer Day"

aka The-impossible-task-of-finding-man-sized-overalls-and-ultimately-ending-up-staying-up-all-night-to lengthen-the-straps-on-a-womens-pair Day

Day 3:

"farm animal day"

aka Big-pain-in-the-butt-for-parents-to-scramble-for-costumes Day

 Day 4:

"Crazy hair Day"

aka scour-the-internet-for-ideas-that-will-rival-daddys-and stay-up-braiding-hundreds-of-silly-bands-into-kids-hair-until-fingers-cramp Day

 daddy still had the best hair.... what was left of it.

day 1 and 5 were just pajama day and school spirit day... 2 days where i could actually rest.

back to school times 2...

 its official... 

 ...all the people go to school all day!

what am i going to do with all this free time? oh the wheels are turning... 

we have been having so much fun getting dressed in the morning, its like a mini fashion show every day, mixing and matching {even some sister swapping has been occurring!} gotta have the right accessories and hair...

 well, one might be a bunny... i think.

i finally figured out how to get those pictures off my phone and on to the blog...

little water fountains...

i told those little monsters to go pick me some peonies for the kitchen table and this is what i get...

a giant peony explosion in our tiny wading pool...

... laugh it up little monster, you guys are SO funny...

 "but mommy, i just wanted to pretend to be a water fountain"

can't really argue with that logic.

 of course Cora wanted in on all the fun...

 and daddy was MORE than happy to help her out with that...

A Zoo Day, A Rainy Day and A Sick Day...

same day.

i was the only sick one, it was Cora's pre-school field trip to the Toledo Zoo so i had to suck it up because just look at that face!!! 

she really REALLY wanted to see a Zebra so we saw one... and thats kind of it.... for the real animals anyway

...because it pretty much started pouring rain 2 hours after we got there! 

i mean buckets of the most ridiculous rain and thunder!

we found an indoor exibit to "bunker down "in...

"can we see some animals now?"

sorry sugar! next time we will see them all!
