i wish i had a picture of this...

So last night i was feeling like serious crap and i asked the girls to please PLEASE go to bed with out any naughty business... yeah right.
 it was worth a shot... they were quiet for a whole 5 minutes and then the giggling started...

"ladies."


it stops...
somebody "shushes" somebody else and then another minute of quite before it starts again.. the loudest giggles were coming from Cora and the routine is to separate them if they can't knock it off. So i say

"Cora, go upstairs."

 She HATES to go upstairs, she usually tells me all about how lonely she will be will tears welling up in her eyes and how she can't sleep with out some one to snuggle with.. bla, bla, bla... same thing every night. so i wait for her to grab a stuffed animal and a blanket. she comes around the corner with 5 stuffed animals, A blanket AND a pillow pet! for petes sake! her "special stuff" is piled so high that i can't even see her face... so i say

"no way. you can take one baby and one blanket that's it!"

so she peeks her little face around her pile of junk and i realize why they were laughing...

Cora's entire face is COVERED in stickers! like a sticker mask... it was hard for me to find her eyes!

at that point i knew i couldn't keep a straight face and she was in some serious trouble for her antics so i just said "forget it, just go upstairs now! hurry... before i change my mind" so sticker face jogs up the stairs blindly stepping on her blanket along the way, trying to get out of sight before i make her surrender any of her precious babies.

i proceed to watch my back-to-back recorded episodes of "Live to Dance" and "IDOL" and completely forget i sent her up there... by the time i go up to bed i remember her naughty business and realize i never took a picture but she starts to stir and i knew i lost my chance....

she half sits up with her eyes cracked open and starts clawing at her face. she had forgotten what she had done to herself! the stickers she found there seem to surprise her... so i help her peel the stickers {with the strongest glue ever} off of her shocked little face... she winces as i pull the extra big ones off her cheeks.... suddenly she gaggs just a bit and sticks out her tongue to produce one last soggy drool soaked sticker!

i should just wear one around my neck...

on an Eva note: she was asked to bring in Oreo cookie crumbles for her Valentines Day party at school and she has food alergies so she asked me to make sure to buy the "ORGANO" cookies...
