"cracking" up...

one of the girls favorite things to do is to play on Photo Booth and just take tons of ridiculous pictures of themselves... which is what they were doing just before dinner.

after they headed down the stairs for dinner Daddy left a little surprise on the screen for them...

don't worry, its not real butt cheeks..

but the girls didn't know that!

all we heard down stairs were fits of giggles...

so daddy taught them how to make their own "butt cheeks"

we thought this was a "baby" but she told us the next morning it was actually a "flower"

... i hope she didn't use it before she got creative... gross.

 it was movie night at the elementary school so we decided to make a "date" out of it we went to Appleby's for dinner before the movie and by the time we left the restaurant it was CRAZY snowing outside!!!

we were only there 30 mins and our car was covered....

we parked right in front of the door and my hair looked like this...

within 5 mins Cora was out..

The Gym at the school was packed with families and blankets and pillows... too fun

Mr P stayed to help clean up (and play soccer with the kids in the empty gym)

we had so much fun on our "date" lots of adventures to remember!

The anatomy of a sleeping picture

i don't really even think "anatomy" is the right word... i just think i may have figured out how Cory gets himself in these "predicaments" 

he is sort of curious by nature and has a strange fascination with balancing things (or body parts)

the sleeping is NEVER intentional

for example;

 the other day we were coloring and Cory wondered if he could balance his head on a box of crayons... so he did... and then he got sleepy

 he didn't actually fall asleep completely but his eyes were closed and he was thinking about it
